Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Trochus Exchange, you agree to these terms, our Community rules and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this service is

Trochus Exchange is a free, community tool that helps Graal Online Era players find trades, compare values, message each other and keep a record of deals and reviews.

Trochus Exchange is an independent, fan-run community tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by GraalOnline or its developers. Game names, items and artwork belong to their respective owners. Your use of the game itself is governed by the game's own terms, which you must also follow.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms (or have a parent or guardian's permission).
• One account per person. Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure — you're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Your in-game name and gang tag are self-reported unless a moderator verifies them. Don't claim a name or gang that isn't yours.
• Never share your game password. Trochus Exchange will never ask for it, and nobody here needs it to trade with you.

Trading

• Trades happen in the game, between players. All trades happen inside the game. Trochus Exchange only helps players find each other and agree on terms — it never holds items, provides escrow, sells accounts or processes real-money purchases.
• No real-money trading and no account sales. Don't use the site to buy, sell or arrange anything for real money, gift cards or other off-game payment, and don't buy, sell, rent or share game accounts.
• You're responsible for your trades. Check items and amounts in the in-game trade window before you accept. We aren't a party to any trade, can't reverse one, and can't recover lost items or currency.
• Disputes are between the people who traded. You can report a deal issue so moderators can review conduct on the site, but a report is an allegation until a moderator decides on it.

Community rules

You agree to follow the Community rules: no scams, no harassment, no impersonating staff, no fake reviews or price reports, no spam, and honest listings. Don't try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of the site, and don't use it for anything illegal.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (listings, messages, reviews, price reports, images). You give Trochus Exchange permission to store, display and process it as needed to run the service — for example, to show your listings, deliver your messages, publish reviews, and use price reports and completed deals to calculate community price estimates. Only post content you have the right to share. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the rules.

Prices & reputation

Price estimates are calculated from community reports and confirmed deals. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and they are not guarantees, offers or appraisals. Always decide for yourself whether a trade is fair. The same goes for reputation: it summarises other users' reviews and completed deals on this site, and is not a promise about how anyone will behave. See how prices are calculated.

Moderation, suspensions & appeals

Moderators may remove or hide content and suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the rules, depending on how serious the problem is. Every moderation action is recorded in an audit log. If you think a decision about you was wrong, you can appeal it from your account (it works while suspended), or email support@trochusexchange.com. A different moderator takes another look where possible. We may also act without warning to protect other users.

No warranties

Trochus Exchange is a free, community-run project provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best, but we don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or secure, that data won't be lost, or that information posted by users (listings, prices, reviews, in-game names) is accurate.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Trochus Exchange and the people who run it are not responsible for: losses from trades or dealings between users (including scams, no-shows, or items or currency lost in the game); decisions you make based on price estimates or reputation; actions taken by the game's operators against your game account; or the site being unavailable or losing data. Because the service is free, if we are found responsible for something anyway, our total liability is limited to zero or the smallest amount the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can't be waived.

Ending your use

You can stop using Trochus Exchange at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may change or shut down the service — if we shut it down, we'll try to give notice on the site first.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll post a notice on the site. If you keep using Trochus Exchange after a change, the new terms apply. Questions: support@trochusexchange.com.
