An independent, community-run place for Graal Online Era players to find trades, check values and build a trading reputation.
What Trochus Exchange is
Trochus Exchange helps players find each other and agree on trades. You can browse and post listings, compare both sides of a trade against community price estimates, message other traders, make structured offers, schedule a meeting in the game, and — once both of you confirm the trade happened — leave reviews that build each other's reputation.
Trochus Exchange is an independent, fan-run community tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by GraalOnline or its developers.
What it is not
Not an escrow or middleman. Every trade happens inside the game. Trochus Exchange never holds, transfers or guarantees items or currency.
Not a place to sell accounts. Account sales and account sharing are not allowed.
Not a real-money shop. Prices are in in-game units only. Real-money trading is against the rules.
Not a password collector. Never share your game password. Trochus Exchange will never ask for it, and nobody here needs it to trade with you.
Not an in-game referee. The site can't see what happens in the game. It records what both traders agreed to and what each of them reports — that's all.
How prices work
Item values come from the community. Players report completed trades (optionally with a screenshot that only moderators can see), and deals completed on Trochus Exchange — confirmed by both traders — count as stronger evidence. Even those are not independently verified in the game, so estimates are always shown as a range with a confidence level, the number of supporting reports and when it was last updated.
Asking prices from listings are shown separately and never mixed into the estimate.
Recent reports count more: a report from 21 days ago counts half as much as one from today. Reports older than 120 days are ignored.
The estimate uses a weighted median, so a single extreme report can't drag it far. Repeated reports from the same person or the same pair of traders, and reports from brand-new accounts, carry less weight.
With fewer than 3 independent reports from at least 2 different people, we show Not enough data instead of a number.
An estimate whose newest supporting report is older than 30 days is marked as possibly out of date. Large unexplained jumps (more than 35%) wait for a moderator before they're published.
A listing is labelled Below estimated range only when its price is under the estimate's range and the estimate has at least medium confidence. It's context, not a promise of a good deal.
Nobody — including the person who submitted a report — can overwrite an estimate directly. The full calculation is documented on the price methodology page.
How reputation works
Reputation is built only from deals both traders confirmed as completed. A one-sided claim never counts as a completed deal, and it never becomes a penalty by itself.
Sample sizes are always shown. Every rating comes with the number of ratings and completed deals behind it.
New traders show “New trader” — never a percentage — until they have completed deals with at least 3 different people. One early five-star review can't make an account look established.
Tiers depend on how many different partners you've traded with: Developing from 3, Established from 10 (with at least 80% adjusted positive), and Trusted from 25 (at least 90%).
Scores are adjusted toward a neutral starting point worth 8 reviews, so a handful of ratings can't produce a perfect-looking score.
To prevent farming, only the first deal with the same partner within 30 days counts toward reputation.
Reviews stay hidden until both traders submit theirs, or until 14 days have passed, so neither side can retaliate. Each category (showed up on time, honored the agreed terms, communication, overall) can be marked “Not applicable”.
Reviews of completed trades are kept separate from reports about canceled or failed meetings.
Mutually agreed cancellations and reschedules are never held against anyone.
Allegations are not verdicts. An open dispute is shown as an unproven allegation. Only a moderator decision (“upheld”) appears as an upheld issue. Traders can respond to reviews and appeal decisions.
Privacy of messages
Conversations are private between the two participants. Nobody else can read them — not other traders, and not moderators browsing the site.
Moderators only see a message when one of the participants reports it, and every time a moderator opens reported content or private evidence, that access is recorded in an audit log. Screenshots attached to price reports or disputes are private to moderators by default.
Demo mode
Demo mode is off on this site
Accounts, listings and prices here are created by real users.
Demo mode lets anyone explore Trochus Exchange with realistic but fictional traders, items, listings, deals and prices. While it's on, a banner at the top of every page says so, and pages ask search engines not to index them.
The demo accounts are shared: anyone can sign in as any of them with one click and read their messages, offers and deals. That's why an account you register yourself can't message, make offers to or trade with a demo account, and demo staff accounts can't see or act on real accounts.
Demo data lives in its own database and can be reset at any time, so it never mixes with real data. A real, multi-user deployment runs with demo mode switched off, with its own production database and file storage for avatars and evidence screenshots. Listings there expire after 14 days unless renewed, exactly as in the demo.
